Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen orders. If you have issues, you need to contact your local postal provider.
All clothing and other merchandise is handled through a third party fulfilment centre, shipped directly from the warehouse. Since we do not have control over shipping and delivery, there are steps and warranties should there be any misprints or damages made by the company.
In the first instance, please email contact@thenotoriouswriter.com and let us know. We will require photographic evidence as well as the returned item within 30 days of purchase.
